Before the fridge, a field.

A crop, a supply chain and better questions about provenance.

The finished pack is only one stop in the story. Ingredients come from farms, move through supply chains and become the food we buy.

Ask questions you can verify

Where were the beans grown? Who prepared the food? What information does the producer actually publish? A scenic photograph cannot answer those questions on its own.

Do not let a landscape imply a claim

The field pictured here is illustrative stock photography, not a Happy Natto partner farm and not evidence of a particular country of origin or certification.

Leave space for the real grower

We would rather publish a small, verified directory than a long list of invented partners. A future farm profile should include an identified business, permissions and sources for factual claims.
